The ideal candidate will have experience with phone systems and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars- Verify patient insurance information- Collect co-pays and payments from patients- Maintain patient records and ensure they are up to date, Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Experience with phone systems is preferred.
