has been serving the Santa Clarita Valley since 1987.
Our goal is to make all beloved dogs or cats look & feel wonderful.
The team is made up of very talented, experienced, and professional groomers.
We take pride in maintaining our excellent reputation of providing quality grooming to the SCV, SF, and AV for over 30 years.
We offer expert grooming and washing for all breeds of dogs, including cats! We are preferably looking for an experienced Manager/Receptionist to be part of our team.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, confident, driven, hard working, and a fast learner.
Requirements Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and work well under pressure.
Adaptable, helpful, and capable of working independently.
Be warm and friendly! Must be confident and compassionate when speaking with our clients.
Must have experience managing a team of employees, creating work schedules, and booking appointments.
You do not need to have experience working in the pet industry, but we do require you to love and have patience with animals (primarily dogs).
Responsibilities Deliver direct individual coaching, lead the team by example, and ensure all employees provide outstanding service to every client.
Respond to client issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all employees are in compliance with company policies and practicing company culture.
Create the bather's schedules according to business needs.
Work as our receptionist at the front desk.
Responsible for answering phones and making appointments.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
Analyze inventory levels and order products before we run out.
You will get paid training for the first 1-2 weeks with our current business manager.
We are open Monday-Saturday 9-4pm.
Our manager shifts are 8:
30am-4:
30pm 5 days out of the week.
